Coins visible in the mobile app are not showing in D'CENT Wallet for Chrome

The coins displayed in the D'CENT mobile app or D'CENT Wallet for Chrome must be synchronized through a connection with the biometric wallet.

Therefore, if you have added accounts via the mobile app or the D'CENT Wallet for Chrome extension, you need to perform synchronization on the device you intend to use (mobile app or D'CENT Wallet for Chrome extension).

 

Please connect the biometric wallet to your PC using a USB cable, run the D'CENT Wallet for Chrome extension, perform synchronization, and then check whether the accounts are displayed correctly.

 

[Note]

  • Custom-added tokens will not be displayed in the D'CENT Wallet for Chrome extension even after synchronization. This is because custom tokens are stored locally (on the PC or D'CENT mobile app) where the account was added.

  • Therefore, in D'CENT Wallet for Chrome, select ‘+ Add Account > Custom’ and re-add the tokens that were previously added.
